The PT0 dry sink for swine The stainless steel trough is suitable for all types of dry feed, which may be mixed with 35% CCM. This pig trough is specially designed for pigs weighing between 20 and 120 kg. The large hopper capacity and the variety of models make this dry feeder ideal for feeding small to very large groups of pigs.
Robust design and hygiene
The PT0 drying container for pigs is extremely robust thanks to the use of STAINLESS STEEL 304 in combination with unbreakable PE plastic. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-spill edge is completely sealed and ensures excellent hygiene, as no pig feed can get in and spoil it. Furthermore, this anti-spill edge minimises feed wastage and optimises feed conversion, which is significantly more cost-effective.
Safe and sustainable dining areas
The feeding compartments are separated by a round stainless steel frame with upper and lower brackets, so that pigs cannot get their ear tags caught. These partition bars are fully welded through the stainless steel front panel and then completely secured, so they cannot break free even if the welds were to fail. The feeding compartment of the PT0 pig dryer is light in colour, which ensures optimal feed intake and visible hygiene in the barn.

The in-house developed and indestructible PT0 adjustment mechanism with star button It works very simply, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves working time and ensures that pigs never run out of feed. All pig drying troughs are also available in a double version and can be set up separately for each loft.
Optional reinforcements and versatility
For heavier pigs, we can optionally fit stainless steel reinforcement profiles to the side walls of the feed trough. A lid, mounting brackets or a stainless steel spindle adjustment mechanism are also available as optional extras. The SM pig dryer is also regularly used as a feed trough for goats or sheep.
