This pig feeder is specially designed for pigs weighing between 20 and 120 kg. Robust design and hygiene
The VERBA dry feed trough for pigs is extremely robust thanks to the use of Stainless steel 304 in combination with unbreakable PE plastic. The ingenious stainless steel anti-spill rim is completely sealed and ensures excellent hygiene, as no pig feed can get in and cause spoilage. Furthermore, this anti-spill rim minimises feed wastage and optimises feed conversion, resulting in significant cost savings.
Safe and sustainable feeding areas
The feeding compartments are separated by a stainless steel round bar frame with top and bottom rails, so that pigs cannot get their ear tags caught. These feeding compartment dividers are fully inserted through the stainless steel front panel and then fully welded in place, ensuring they cannot break free, even if the welds were to fail. The feeding compartment side of the VERBA dry feed trough for pigs is light in colour, ensuring optimal feed intake and visible hygiene in the piggery.
