Participating production coordinator (CNC) / Assistant manager
32 to 38 hours per week | Sint-Oedenrode
At VERBA we are looking for an assistant company manager. In this role you combine technique, work preparation and management on the shop floor. You work actively in production and support the manager in the smooth running of the daily production process.

What will you do?
As assistant manager you are an important link between the office, work preparation and production. Your tasks are varied and include:
- Independent creation and adaptation of 2D and 3D drawings for our CNC machines (plastic and stainless steel)
- Drafting and modifying CNC programs
- Setup, conversion and adjustment of CNC machines (plastic and stainless steel)
- Work preparation: order processing and production preparation
- Working in production and monitoring quality and progress
- Coordinate daily work distribution and manage colleagues practically
- Identifying bottlenecks and thinking about improvements
Who are you?
- You are available for 32-38 hours per week
- You have several years of experience in a technical production environment with CNC (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production/industry)
- You feel at home in both work preparation and machine setup
- You can read and make technical drawings (2D/3D)
- You work in a structured way, think ahead and take responsibility
- You communicate clearly and enjoy guiding colleagues
- You have a practical attitude and like short lines and a down-to-earth working environment

Who are we?
We have been manufacturing suitable feeding equipment for every stage of the pig's life for more than 50 years. With a progressive view Bert Verbakel developed in 1971 a high-quality pig feeder that ensures the healthy growth of pigs and relieves the farmer. And we are still doing that today in our family farm. Made from recycled materials wherever possible, for the benefit of man and animal.
