Unfortunately, we have to report that our highly esteemed colleague Jan Jonkers died on 27 November 2018 at the age of 55. Unexpectedly Jan had a very severe heart attack a week earlier and unfortunately died of the consequences. Jan worked at our firm for almost 27 years and did so with great devotion and pride. Initially in the logistics department and later he became a service mechanic. He was the direct contact for our customers and took full care of the service and warranty of our products. He did it in such a way that our customers were very much praised. Of course, we are still ready for our customers but this contact will now have to go through our office and we will do everything we can to continue on the same footing as Jan who did full surrender. We will always have our optimistic Jan is going to miss and wish his family, friends and acquaintances a lot of strength with this unexpected loss.
A few days after Jan's death there was a beautiful column in the Brabants Dagblad about our Jan. Jan Jonkers, in Schijndel they called him Lange Jan. We are very proud of Jan.

Switching from home to help a family. Long Jan did it
Saint Nicholas is still in the country, but in the Bossche Sint-Jan it feels as sweet as Christmas. Joseph, Mary and their child have been lugged in, and many animals are given a place in the famous nativity scene that is currently being built. This year's theme is charity.
Beside love, loving the fellow man and feeling co-responsible for the welfare of another, not necessarily someone you love. Doing something for someone without getting anything in return.
I was thinking about the people around me and who's champion of charity. I came to a nice ranking, forgot the weather and went to the order of the day. A little while later, I had our mom on the phone and she said, By the way, Lange Jan is dead.
Lange Jan from Schijndel. An uncle's neighbor. An uncle who was only allowed to be 66, because six months ago he was suddenly dead in his chair. A chair in the house that was still from Lange Jan in the nineties.
Here's the thing. Once again, my aunt had a brain bleed. She ended up in a care center, and my uncle was left with two teenagers. His wife couldn't get home, because in the little garden of that terraced house, building was not an option. Nowhere else in Schijndel was a suitable rental house free.
And then Lange Jan, until then, just one of the many neighbors, said out of nowhere: Why don't we just switch? You're my corner house, I'm your house. Like this was a pile of soccer or pokémon pictures. But he was dead serious. Because if he could help like that... then why not?
They switched houses. My aunt lived at home for 25 years. Thanks to Lange Jan. Beside love, the champion is known posthumously.
